We will have our sound check on stageWe will then have a large break (unless you are participating in the Mass Choir which will meet at 5:20PM). We will rehearse Joyful, Joyful and Jabula as needed. We will eat our dinners or order something like Jimmy Johns.

BRING
- Music
- Water
- Lunch or money to buy lunch
- Donation for Julia, Patty and Diane’s gift
ATTIRE
- Nice black pants
- Nice black t-shirt (Please note that we will be doing actions with Joyful, Joyful so if your shirt is not long enough please wear a black cami underneath.)
- Black close toe shoes
- Nylons or black socks (no skin showing)
- Pick a purple accessory, like a scarf, necklace or earrings.
- Also please plan on wearing lipstick (Julia would like you to have a little color so you don’t looked washed out.)
- Pull your hair back.
HOMEROOM
We will have a “homeroom” for the day where we will be able to practice and leave our things. It will be locked when we are not in the room. Our homeroom will be CC311
CONCERT
The concert begins at 7:00PM. We will be singing Jabula Jesu right before intermission and then we are second to last singing Joyful, Joyful.
PIPFest TICKETS
If you ordered in advance, you can pick your tickets up at Will Call. Otherwise tickets will be $15 at the door, cash or check only.
PIP AFTER PARTY
If you have not RSVP’ed please do that immediately. This will be a great night to show Julia, Diane and Patty appreciation, to reminisce on our PIP days and just to have an excuse to CELEBRATE! (Bring you PIP scrapbooks!)
The party will begin immediately after the concert. It will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn, 1050 Gramsie Road, Shoreview, MN 55126. $10 Cover (bring a guest no extra cost!) Appetizers, desserts, refreshments. There will be a cash bar.
APPRECIATION GIFT
Julia’s quilt turned out beautifully! If you would like to donate towards the quilt and Patty and Diane’s gift, please bring your donations on Saturday and give them to Annie Pitschka.

CELL PHONES
The choirs have been asked to not bring their cell phones. Seeing how we are a little older and some of us have families and other responsibilities, please plan to keep your phone on silent and keep it in our “home room” while we are practicing. We want to be just as professional as we once were in high school ;)
MASS CHOIR
If you are planning on singing the Mass Choir pieces, please arrive at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 7217 West Broadway Avenue, Brooklyn Park, MN 55428 AT 8:45AM. Rehearsal begins promptly at 9:00AM and will conclude at noon.
PIP ANNIVERSARY TSHIRT
If you ordered a tshirt, you will be able to pick it up on Saturday. The total cost is $14.50 (S-XL) and $16.75 (XXL+) so bring your money with you!
